Q. Can I place an order through phone?
No. We only accept online orders after securing your online payment through net banking or credit card.
Q. Is my Credit Card No./ Bank Account details secure?
Yes. All the transactions are secured using SSL encryption.
Q. Are the items shipped as per shown on the website?
Absolutely. The item/s delivered will match the content as displayed on the website. However you might see slight color change in your own screens which can make a difference in the website picture and original product.
Q. What is the return policy ?
There is no return policy once the order is shipped.
Q. What is the exchange policy on the order placed?
No exchange of Abhivyakti products will be done after the order is confirmed. If you want to change your order post payment, contact us immediately. Also note that if your new order price is lower than the previous choice, there might be changes in offers and shipping policies accordingly.
Q. How can I check the progress of my order?
After signing-up/ logging into Abhivyakti’s website, you can check the order history and current order status. We will send you a tracking number on your registered e-mail as soon as we start shipping. After 24 hours, you can track your courier with that number.
Q. Will you track our shipment delivery?
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your state/ country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has Been dispatched.
Q. What is the expected delivery date?
Since our products are shipped through our courier partners, the delivery time is always an estimate. It can also vary in different shipping zones.
Normal Delivery: We ensure your package is shipped within 5 - 7 working days,
Urgent Delivery : Your package is expected to reach in 3 - 5 working days. Extra charges will be applicable
Express Priority Delivery : Your product can reach within 2 - 3 working days. Extra charges will be applicable for proirity shipping.
Q. Do you take some time for preparing the shipping package?
Yes. We take 3 working days to prepare your courier.
Q. Is it possible to send any personalized greeting message?
Yes, you can type your message into the message box and we will send the same message with the shipment packet.
Q. What should I do when my handicraft product is damaged/defective?
You have to tell us about the defect within 24 hours after you have received the product. After that we cannot guarentee a change of the product.
Q. Is cash on delivery (COD) option available?
Cash on delivery option is not available. All the payment has to be made while placing the order online.
Q. Is it possible to pick-up my order?
Pick-up orders are available to Charlotte, NC residents ONLY.

What you see is what you get in case of all our products. Color clarity of all the product pictures depends on screen quality.

· Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
· Your gift may be delivered on a business day prior or a business day after the chosen date of delivery.
· Usually we deliver between 5-7 working days.
· No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
· Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide correct address/ mobile or phone number at which someone will be present to receive the package.
